GXC covers the complete value-chain from the first IDEA to the finished product - manufactured on our own fully automatic coating lines or coating machinery designed or transfered by us. Our teams meet once every day: Technical Sales, R&D, Pilot Production, Nanolab, Toolshop, Serial Manufacturing and Quality Management - with the clear task to struggle about the best technical solution for complex and new challenges like

  • Choice of the right Substrate (polymers, glass and metals)
  • Pretreatment (cleaning, bonding, aktivation)
  • Choice of the right Coating (from GXC or specified by customer, if required)
  • Sampling including testing (specific test know-how and equipment)
  • Serial production on GXC automatic coating line (up to several million pcs/a)
  • Shop-in-Shop engineering and inline-manufacturing at client's site
  • Engineering of customer specific coating machinery
  • Licencing models for coating materials and -application technologies
