Anti-Scratch Coatings - Increased robustness for PC, PMMA and PSU

 

GXC Coatings anti-scratch hardcoatings help to protect polymer based precision parts from scratching, yellowing, getting brittle and chemical attack. In addition to this reliable base function, GXC can add an easy-to-clean function to the material, such that your polymer surface does get protected and clean at the same time. We deliver the following hardcoats to industrial customers for many years:

  • GXC NuGlass HCPM (PMMA)
  • GXC NuGlass HCPSU (polysulfone)

 

Your requirements

  • Hard external surfaces between 3H to 8H pencil hardness dependent on substrat
  • Highest chemical resistance against acid/basic cleaning agents, solvents, sun protection, chemicals
  • Higher temperature resistance up to 200°C
